    Usually an amazing experience at this Wendy's but I just showed up 2 hours before closing to an early shutdown with two employees in the store chit chatting. When I tried flagging them down they just shook their head no. Disappointed

    Terrible Wendy's location to go to. I often go at night--They close down their drive thru long before their posted 1 am time (sometimes it's before midnight.) I keep giving them chances to recover, but won't anymore. The last visit, my food was cold. I ordered 2 cookie frosties. The lady at the drive thru window argued with me that I only ordered a regular frosty and one cookie frosty. She was going to make me pay for the fixed order. We were the only people in line and It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. We would have left, but we had already paid. Terrible customer service attitude, cold food, and long wait times.

    I've been sitting in the drive thru for 13 minutes already and haven't even made it to the speaker yet! What happened to FAST food?

    Update: After 45 minutes, they did not even get the order right....smh

    Would give no stars if possible. Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes only to get to the window and be told that they just took their last order. Mind you, this was at 12:29 and their website says that they do not close until 1am. Sorry excuse for a business

    I love Wendy's salads but this store has Absolutely abysmal service!  Couldn't care less about giving me the dressing or the pecans for the salad.  Oh, yea.  They do come with it.

    They just pushed the salad at me and didn't say a word until I asked!  And I overheard the same thing with the lady ahead of me. They offered her nothing --just said we are out of dressing for her salad. Nothing?  Seriously?

    You are totally on your own, if you eat here!  They may get a 100 on their health rating, but it's a total zero for no customer care whatsoever ...
